The Role

Support daily data maintenance, reconciliation and record-control activities to help ensure that financial and contribution records are accurate, complete and traceable. The role reviews reports, investigates transaction differences, updates records and supports the accurate processing and control of operational records.

Responsibilities

  • Review spreadsheet reports and reconcile relevant transaction information against approved financial and contribution records.
  • Investigate discrepancies, update transaction statuses accurately and escalate unresolved items for further review.
  • Prepare supporting documents and professional follow-up communication relating to short or unmatched payments.
  • Retrieve required data from approved systems and maintain accurate batch-tracking records.
  • Prepare and manage serial numbering across assigned data sources and processing channels.
  • Maintain organised spreadsheets, files, supporting documents and clear processing records for reference and audit purposes.
  • Complete assigned processing accurately and within required timelines while supporting related data-processing activities.

Qualifications and Added Advantages

  • GCE O-Level or equivalent with at least three credits, including Bahasa Melayu and English Language or equivalent subjects.
  • A credit in at least one of the following subjects: Accounting, Mathematics, Computer Studies or Economics.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet tools, digital systems and numerical records.
  • Experience in data entry, reconciliation or records processing would be an added advantage.
