About Us

The establishment of the Employee Trust Fund (TAP) aligns with the royal speech of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam, aimed at meeting the needs of citizens and permanent residents of Brunei Darussalam during their retirement years through mandatory savings.


Under this scheme, Members are required to save a portion of their salary, and their Employer contributes according to the contribution rate set by TAP Law.
