The public is reminded that it is an offense to disseminate false information under Section 34, Chapter 148 of the Public Order Act, where anyone who either disseminates false reports in writing, verbally or through any other false channels, or making false statements that can cause public disorder, can be imprisoned for 3 years and fined BND$3,000.
