The Role
Provide frontline customer service and administrative support to TAP members and employers. The role assists with digital portal services, withdrawal applications, approved payment transactions and general enquiries while maintaining accurate records, confidentiality and professional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist members and employers and related service enquiries.
- Verify new registrations and guide users through the required approved steps.
- Process withdrawal applications accurately, including applications submitted through digital channels.
- Process approved receipts, cheque releases and cash payouts in accordance with established controls and documentation requirements.
- Provide clear information on TAP-administered schemes and services.
- Maintain complete and accurate customer, application and transaction records for efficient service delivery and follow-up.
- Resolve routine enquiries professionally and escalate complex, unresolved or sensitive matters appropriately.

Qualifications and Added Advantages
- GCE O-Level or equivalent with at least three credits, including Bahasa Melayu and English Language or equivalent subjects.
- A credit in at least one of the following subjects: Accounting, Mathematics, Computer Studies or Economics.
- Comfortable using digital portals, performing data entry and handling approved payment transactions.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence and access to own transport would be an added advantage.
