The Role
Ensure the availability, security, performance and reliability of TAP's IT infrastructure, with a primary focus on network connectivity. The role supports stable technology services through infrastructure administration, monitoring, maintenance, security and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise networks, including LAN, WAN, wireless, VPNs, firewalls, routers and switches.
- Administer Windows/Linux servers and core services such as directory services, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
- Monitor availability, performance and capacity; troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
- Maintain security through access controls, patching, firmware updates and system hardening.
- Plan maintenance, upgrades, equipment replacement and recovery readiness with minimal service disruption.
- Maintain inventories, network diagrams, configurations, procedures and operational reports.
- Support infrastructure projects, vendors and users while providing technical guidance and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications & Experience
- At least a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
- Experience in IT infrastructure and network administration, including enterprise network support is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless networks, firewalls, VPNs and network security.
- Working knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualisation, backup and recovery, cloud technologies and enterprise IT environments.
- Relevant industry certifications, such as CISCO, Microsoft, CompTIA, Fortinet or equivalent, would be an added advantage.
