Members' Responsibilities
If you are currently employed but not registered with TAP, it is important to notify TAP through various channels by providing the required information. This includes a copy of your salary slip, any proof of employment (such as a letter from your Employer), and a copy of your IC. Rest assured that all information will be kept confidential.
You can inform TAP through the following channels:
Enforcement Hotline (WhatsApp): +673 730 2929
Enquiry and Feedback: https://eamanah.tap.com.bn/en/Enquiry/ViewNewMessage.
E-mail: enforcement@tap.com.bn
It is crucial to inform TAP if you are not registered and have not contributed because your work productivity and average salary play a significant role in determining your SPK annuity. Without a record of your service and contributions, your work productivity may be impacted, potentially leading to a lower SPK annuity when you reach the age of 60.
If you observe any missing contributions in your statement, it is recommended to first check with your Employer to address this matter. They may be able to provide clarification or rectify any discrepancies. If the issue persists or requires further investigation, you can contact TAP for assistance. They will be able to help you check and resolve any concerns regarding your contributions.
