In a continued eMort to foster financial literacy and strengthen regional collaboration, Tabung Amanah Pekerja (TAP) welcomed a delegation from Nancy Group of AIA Singapore Private Limited on Tuesday, 10 June 2025. The purpose of the visit was to gain a deeper understanding of Brunei Darussalam’s national retirement scheme, Skim Persaraan Kebangsaan (SPK).
The visiting team from Advisors Alliance Group Singapore was keen to obtain first-hand insights into the objectives, benefits, and strategic direction of the SPK.
During the visit, TAP presented a comprehensive overview of the scheme, addressing questions related to its structure, benefits, and the broader vision to support Bruneians’ long-term retirement wellbeing.
The session concluded with a Question and Answer segment, allowing a deeper discussion around specific mechanisms within the SPK, enabling participants to gain a more practical and understanding of how the scheme has operated since its launch on 15 July 2023.
TAP welcomes such engagements as part of its ongoing commitment to building a financially literate and future-ready workforce. The organisation looks forward to future collaborations with financial institutions across the region that share the common goal of enhancing retirement preparedness and long-term financial security for all.
