The Role
Lead TAP's human capital function and translate organisational priorities into people strategies that strengthen workforce capability, performance and governance. The role spans workforce planning, talent management, organisational development and the continuous improvement of human capital services.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and review human capital strategies aligned with organisational priorities.
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning and capability development.
- Oversee performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits administration.
- Advise leaders and business units on people, workforce and organisational matters.
- Develop and review human capital policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
- Lead and develop the human capital team to deliver responsive, high-quality services.

Qualifications & Experience
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Management, or another relevant discipline recognised by the Government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam.
- Relevant experience in human capital, human resource management, organisational development or a related function, including leadership and people management experience with the ability to guide teams and deliver strategic human capital initiatives would be an advantage.
- Membership of, or a professional qualification from, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) would be an advantage
