Unclaimed TAP Scheme balance for Members who have reached 80 years old

Tabung Amanah Pekerja (TAP) would like the cooperation of TAP Members who are listed to visit any of nearest TAP Branches for the withdrawal application as soon as possible by bringing the following documents:

1. Copy of Member Smart Card

2. Copy of Bank Book or Member Bank Statement

For deceased members, the beneficiaries may apply to TAP by enclosing the following documents:

1. Copy of Member Smart Card (if any);

2. Original & Copy of Member Death Certificate;

3. Original & Copy of Surat Pentadbir Pusaka

4. Original & Copy Pentadbir Pusaka Smart Card; and

5. Bank Account Details of the Appointed Pentadbir Pusaka.
