Withdrawal application for Survivorship Benefit
Survivorship Benefit covers for the loss of support suffered by the deceased SCP member's widow and/or children Below the age of 21 years old (not married) as a result of the death of the breadwinner before reaching the age of 60 years old. Subject to the terms and conditions.
